If you’re looking for a fun and engaging way to teach your children about how the government works and show your support for digital public education, I hope you’ll join other students and parents for Digital Learning Day at the Capitol on Friday, March 2 at the State Capitol Building in Olympia. Digital Learning Day at the Capitol is an opportunity to thank our legislative champions, show support for digital public schools and talk to legislators about protecting this important education option. Students will have the opportunity to participate in educational activities and visit their state legislators.

Here is the agenda for the day:
10:00am Registration in the Columbia Room in the Capitol Building
10:30am Students: Fun and interactive activity/Parents: Legislative update
11:30am Lunch
12:00pm Rally, awards ceremony and group photo in the Capitol Rotunda
12:30pm Meetings with State Legislators
1:00pm Educational activities in the Capitol Building
