Welcome back to school! This is an exciting and busy time for students and parents as we kick off the new school year! My name is Mark Martinez, and I’m the new President of the Washington Digital Public Schools Alliance (DPSA). I’m a parent and learning coach with my wife Aubrey to our sons Matthew and Aidan. Both boys, now in high school, have been enrolled in a full-time digital public school since 4th grade. It’s been a good fit for them and our family. In addition to being a parent and learning coach, I’m an accountant, former Marine, and I have served in various leadership roles in the Boy Scouts.
