Show your support for online public education

I hope you’re doing well and staying healthy. Over the last several weeks, traditional brick-and-mortar public school students have joined their online school counterparts in learning from home. Online school families have much to offer those who are new to remote learning. Students, parents, teachers and school districts could all benefit from the experience of online school students and families. Are you willing to send a letter to your local newspaper to share your online school story and let others in the state know how you have benefitted from this important education option? If you are willing to send a letter to the editor, please email me, info@digitalpublicschools.org, and I will let you know the next steps.

Also, the Seattle Times Education Lab is hosting a live event to discuss online public education in Washington. The event is this Thursday, May 21 at 1PM. Click here to register and join the conversation.

Thank you for all you do to support online public education in our state.
